SWET Founders Membership FAQs
When will I be charged?
You’ll pay the initial amount shown at checkout when you purchase your Founders Membership. Your regular membership billing begins when SWET officially opens and your membership becomes active.
Am I paying monthly before the studio opens?
No. You won’t be paying ongoing monthly membership dues while you’re waiting for the studio to open.
When will SWET open?
We’re targeting an early November opening. Because construction timelines can shift, our agreement allows additional time if needed, with the studio opening no later than the end of 2026.
When does my membership commitment begin?
Your membership term begins when the studio officially opens and your membership activates—not when you reserve your Founders rate.
Is there a commitment?
No long-term commitment or contract. Founders Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
Will my Founders rate increase later?
Your Founders rate is locked in according to the terms of your membership agreement. These are our lowest introductory rates and are only available for a limited number of memberships.
What class times will you offer?
We plan to offer classes throughout the day, including early mornings, mid-mornings, afternoons and evenings, with weekend options as well. The final schedule will be released closer to opening and adjusted based on member demand.
What classes are included?
Your membership gives you access to SWET’s signature heated mat-based classes, including SWET Strength, SWET Sculpt and SWET Flow, subject to the class allowances included with your specific membership.
Do unused classes roll over?
Monthly class allowances reset each billing cycle and unused classes do not roll over unless specifically stated otherwise in your membership agreement.
What happens if I cancel a class?
Cancel within the required cancellation window and there’s no penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the $15 fee outlined in the membership agreement.
Do Founders get guest passes?
Yes. Guest-pass benefits depend on your membership level. Our Unlimited Founders Membership includes two guest passes per month, while the Limited/Founders option we set up includes one guest pass as specified in that plan.
What else do Founders receive?
Founders receive FREE access to our exclusive Preview Weeks before the public opening, plus a SWET swag bag featuring a custom tote, SWET sweat towel, and custom grip socks, along with additional Founders-only perks.
Can I cancel before SWET opens?
Your purchase is governed by the cancellation and opening provisions in the Founders Membership Agreement you accept at checkout. Be sure to review those terms before purchasing.
What if the opening is delayed?
Your recurring membership billing and membership term do not begin until the studio opens. The agreement also establishes the outside opening timeframe so you aren’t committing indefinitely while waiting for the studio.
How hot will the studio be?
SWET uses infrared heat combined with the studio’s HVAC system. We’re targeting approximately 90–95°F, depending on the class and conditions. We will also offer low heat/no heat classes depending on demand.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your mat, water and whatever helps you feel ready to SWET. We’ll provide the equipment and props needed for class unless otherwise noted.
How many people will be in each class?
Our studio is designed around a 24-mat class capacity, so Founders will want to reserve popular class times early.
When can Founders start booking classes?
Founders will receive early access to booking before our regular membership base as we get closer to opening.
